This week, because I have an abundance of free time (aka it was a procrastination tool to put off real work), I have been sorting through photos, mostly on Facebook, to create a collection of laughter. Whether it’s me, friends or family, I have 85 photos so far that involve laughter. I’m not talking big smiles, or funny things, but actual laughter. I have made only a few small exceptions for 1-2 photos where I know so well, even though the photo doesn’t capture the laughter, that laughter was taking place.
Needless to say, it’s been really fun :)
I look forward to figuring out how to create a space in my home that can celebrate the laughter from my life.
For now, enjoy this group of campers from Camp Ondessonk enjoying some laughter yoga!
